MPT2321 is an SiPM readout SoC ASIC designed for high-precision time-of-flight signal processing. It features 32 channels
for data acquisition and processing, each channel is equipped with independent gain selection and threshold comparison capabilities, allowing for customizable o automatic selection of suitable signal measurement ranges. Additionally, each channel is equipped with high precision ADC and TDC measuring signal energy and timeof-flight. Measurement data is transmitted through multiple high-speed serial data interfaces. The chip is compatible with commercial SiPM sensors used in medical imaging and laser radar signal processing, as well as commercial SiPM sensors used in industrial measurements, matching the high integration and low-cost applications
of various SiPM products from mainstream manufacturers.This significantly enhances system integration at the receiving end
and effectively reduces BOM costs.
